A summary
The car park is a very short walk from the camping and other accommodation. Please book a place for each car that will be parked at the conference. Look for the car park signs - "CAR PARK B" as you approach Danbury. Please note, the hard-standing car park at the front is reserved for the core conference team. Stallholders will be able to park behind their stalls in the central field but must arrive early and leave when it is safe to do so. The car park field is well-lit and volunteers are on hand to supervise the area. It is only a few minutes of a picturesque ramble to find the main site and get set up. You will be able to pop back to your car and have access during the weekend. Cars are not blocked in and you will be able to come and go if you need to. The field is well-drained and set far back from the road.

If you cancel within seven days of the event, and we cannot resell your ticket, you will not receive a refund. Any cancellations prior to the 7 day window will receive a full refund.
