Capturing Nature and Wildlife Teens' Photography Workshop

Mina Milanovic

A summary
Learn how to take great photographs of Wakehurst’s nature and wildlife. The workshop will cover how the camera works, and your teen will learn how take great photographs using the camera settings creatively.
We’ll spend the morning learning about aperture and how to take great close ups of flowers, bugs and plants, capturing the textures, colours and details of the wildlife around us.
After lunch, we’ll head out looking to capture movement, using our shutter speeds to capture the geese and ducks splashing in the lake and buzzing insects around the blossoming flowers and plants. Your teen will finish the day with a great portfolio of images, and will bring home a couple prints of their favourite photographs too!
Please pack a lunch and send your teen with their camera battery charger too!
