Step into a peaceful candlelit studio, choose a mat (or bring your own), get comfortable and Grace will guide you for an hour of restorative poses and relaxation.
There will be time to enjoy some gentle movement before settling into deep rest with an extra long savasana (rest) at the end of the session.
All you need to do is come along and rest. A perfect opportunity slow down before Christmas.
Please bring a blanket, eye pillow (if you have one), and a cushion/pillow. There are mats and some blocks at the studio.

This session really focuses on slowing down, taking time to pause and rest during the festive season. This time of year can often feel very busy, when actually we need more time to breathe, look inwards and listen to the body.
