Join Live It & Get Active at Lift Caldicotes this October half-term for three action-packed days of sport, cooking, creative activities and Halloween fun.
Running from Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th October, children will enjoy a varied programme designed to keep them active, build confidence, make new friends and try something different each day.
The programme will include football coaching and games, dodgeball, multi-sports, team challenges and other structured physical activities led by our Live It & Get Active coaches.
There will also be a special animal and creature workshop from Animal Story, giving children the opportunity to meet and learn about a variety of animals as part of the wider enrichment programme.
Halloween will be a big part of the three days, with spooky games, monster relay races, Halloween obstacle courses, treasure hunts, themed competitions, seasonal team challenges and plenty of Halloween arts and crafts.
Children will also get involved in practical cooking and food activities. This will include making some of their own food, including wraps and sandwiches where they can choose from a selection of fillings and toppings to create their own meal, alongside fun nutrition-based activities.
On Friday 30th October, we’ll finish the programme with a Halloween dress-up party, including music, themed games and Halloween activities. Children are welcome to come dressed up in a Halloween costume if they would like to.
A nutritious meal will be provided each day, with dietary, allergy and religious requirements catered for where these are provided at booking.
