A summary

Let’s gather around the campfire to cook and share a meal together.
On 24th April we will cook a hearty stew made of root vegetables and herbs, with freshly baked bread rolls.

You will learn about 4 areas of campfire cooking like embers over flames, foil packets, grilling using a tripod, cast iron skillet and dutch ovens for slow cooking, direct in ash, ensuring even heat and preventing charring. We can develop recipes that inspire you.

It’s a wonderful, relaxing and insightful experience to learn how to cook on the campfire. It’s deeply grounding when you wait for your food and listen to crackling sounds of the fire. What a great start to the weekend! While it's cooking you will learn and practice some bushcraft skills.

Join us for this experience of dining under the tree canopies.
