Brio Fitness Membership - Northwich

Brio

A summary
We know it's important for young people to keep active over the school holidays!
Joining our HAF gym programme will enable young people aged 12-16 to use the gym at Brio Northwich during our junior gym hours (M-F 9-5.30, S-S 10-4) throughout the month of August.
Additionally, each Wednesday from 11am - 1pm they will be able to join an instructor-led session to experience a range of activities such as learning to weight-lift safely, an introduction to calisthenics, HIIT classes and much more! Lunch will also be provided at 1pm on Wednesdays.
Young people will also be able to make use of the swimming pool and those aged 14+ can attend fitness classes.
