What we'll do
We offer 1:1 swimming lessons for children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our sessions focus on building water confidence, improving swimming technique, and teaching important water safety skills in a way that feels comfortable and manageable for each individual. All lessons are delivered by DBS-checked instructors who are patient, experienced, and understanding. We take the time to get to know each swimmer and adapt our approach to suit their needs, whether that means going at a slower pace, using different communication styles, or creating a calmer environment. Our aim is to help every swimmer feel safe, supported, and confident in the water. Alongside learning to swim, sessions can also help improve fitness, coordination, and overall wellbeing, while encouraging a positive and enjoyable experience in the pool.

Every session is closely supervised by trained lifeguards and a dedicated Pool Supervisor, ensuring a safe and structured environment for learning and progress. Whether you’re taking your first strokes, training for the sea, or returning to swimming after a break, we’re here to support your journey.
