About Me as a Mentor My passion for mentoring grew naturally from years of working with children and young people in education and therapeutic settings. I first became interested in this area while supporting families as a registered childminder in Manchester, which sparked my commitment to helping children reach their potential through care and creativity. Over time, I’ve gained extensive experience as a nursery nurse, Sunday school teacher, and Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching assistant, alongside volunteering as a street pastor and learning mentor. Academically, I hold degrees in Childhood and Youth Studies and SEND, and I’m a certified practitioner in therapeutic play skills. I love teaching because it allows me to empower others through empathy, reflection, and playful learning. My mentoring style is child‑centred and strengths‑based. I believe in creating safe, nurturing spaces where young people feel seen, valued, and inspired to grow.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To keep our clubs and activities running smoothly and sustainably, we operate the following cancellation and refund policy: 1. Full Refunds A full refund will be issued if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the activity. 2. Partial Refunds or Credits Cancellations made between 2 and 6 days before the start date will not be eligible for a cash refund. However, we will issue a credit voucher of equal value to be used for future bookings, or we can transfer your child to an alternative date, subject to availability. 3. No Refunds No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date, or for non-attendance on the day. 4. Provider Cancellations In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, staff illness, or low venue availability), you will be notified immediately. You will receive the option of a full refund or a priority transfer to a rescheduled session.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
