A summary
The Youth Leadership Mentoring is a programme by Yuvanis that will take young people through a process that prepares them to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood through a coordinated, progressive series of activities and experiences which help them gain skills and competencies.
This programme aims to support the young people in developing the ability to analyse their own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and vocational goals, and have the self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and abilities to carry them out.
This programme will also involve teaching young leaders about confidence, organisation, social change, failure, and decision-making.
