Who: Boys aged 11 and above
When: Wednesdays @7.30pm till 9pm
Where: Bank House, 8 Chapel St, Shaw, OL2 8AJ
Led by an experienced boxing instructor, this session is not just about punches and jabs; it's a journey of empowerment, strength, and confidence-building.
This session will involve hitting focus pads and will not involve hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
Gloves provided (however better to bring own gloves)
Please bring a bottle of water.
This project is proudly delivered as part of the Youth Centre & Mentoring initiative, made possible through funding from Sports England Fund. The support helps create safe, engaging spaces where young people can build confidence, develop new skills, and access positive guidance. Thanks to this funding, we are able to offer meaningful opportunities that empower young people to thrive and reach their full potential.
