Join us at The Creative Space for a morning of preserving botanicals to last a lifetime as decorative art & craft.
This process is beautiful - simply choose and compose an 'image' out of objects we'll have in the space. These could be thistles picked fresh from the garden, shells from the beach, dried poppy heads from last years harvest. Or bring your own! We'll then press these into clay, this is the point at which you need to decide if your piece will hang, be backed with driftwood or simply place leaning on a platform. Once this has been done, we'll pour plaster into the mould, resulting in a piece that picks up on all the textures and decisions made in the process.
