A summary
CHAMPS has been running for 3 years at Bird in Bush Primary School ( formerly known as Camelot Primary School) and has been a great success in our community. CHAMPS provides the children in our community with everlasting memories and helps them get out the house and have fun with our lovely staff ! In CHAMPS we provide the children with everlasting memories such as amazing trips! We also cater for ages 5-11 and also cater for SEND Children. We pride ourselves on putting the children first!

We decided to start CHAMPS because we had realized in our community there wasn't much to do outside of school and home life. I put the idea forward to the school leadership team and they were amazed and very supportive at the time. Will anyone attend? What if it doesn't work? 3 years later and we can say this has been the best decision of my life. Providing the children with the best holidays has become imbedded in myself and CHAMPS has become embedded with the children. None of these would be possible without the support of the SLT team we have at our school and our exceptional headteacher who is very supportive in helping the community in whatever way he can. I am a HLTA at the school where we host our HAF program and that has a massive benefit as the relationships I have with my pupils is already there.
