Our values
BiG Holiday Football programmes is designed to develop resilience, personal and social skills and to develop leaders to become positive role models within their own peer groups. The programme model includes a point system that rewards effort and evidence of resilience, good conduct, leadership and team working skills, and discourages unacceptable behaviour, as all participants are trying to earn points for doing the right things, and not lose points for bad behaviour and conduct, trying to win trophies!
