A summary
The Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation HAF programme will provide football players of all levels the opportunity to take part in inclusive activity sessions which will consist of fun games, technical skill development, matches and tournaments. Our coaches will also provide educational workshops to promote the importance of eating well to fuel the body for sport and everyday life. Players will take part in making simple, healthy snacks to give them lots of ideas to take home. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. Limits on bookings – Over Summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.
