This session is brought to you by Become United and Forestry England.
Time in nature is important for all of us. For young children, it is proven to improve their long term health, physical mobility, emotional wellbeing and psychological health. During these early years when a child's brain is developing at it's fastest - having regular time in nature helps them understand their place in this world and boost their emotional intelligence by connecting them with the world around them. This also helps with emotional regulation, sleep and our ability to slow down and focus.
We hope that this session will give you the opportunity, confidence and ideas to get outdoors more and enjoy the benefits for your whole family.
