Children will enjoy a mix of sports and physical activities, including football, basketball, dodgeball, and cricket, while also taking part in skill-building games that promote teamwork, coordination, self-belief, confidence, and independence. Through engaging enrichment activities, participants will gain valuable experiences that enhance self-esteem and encourage leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills—preparing them for future challenges.

In addition, we provide a dedicated sensory and calming space to support children who may become dysregulated or overwhelmed. This carefully designed area offers a safe, nurturing environment where children can feel grounded and regain emotional balance. The space includes a variety of sensory toys, textured sensory tiles for movement and exploration, as well as colouring and craft activities to promote relaxation and self-expression. This holistic approach ensures every child feels supported, understood, and ready to re-engage positively in activities.
