Each day, participants will take part in a music-infused boxing fitness session, learning simple boxing movements while keeping time with a beat. They'll explore the connection between music, movement, fitness, and discipline in a fun and engaging way. Beyond the fitness sessions, young people will get hands-on experience in music production, lyric writing, and recording. With guidance from our in-house music mentors, they’ll experiment with live instruments, DJing, and beat-making.
