What we'll do
Join us for a high-energy youth gym session which is balanced, structured and movement focused. Helping young people to meet their need for 60 minutes of daily physical activity focusing on aerobic endurance and bone-strengthening movements. Teamed with access to our spin facility there will be professionals on hand to guide you every step of the way. All participants will receive an induction at the start of the session to provide them with useful safety instructions as well as operating guidance. A fantastic opportunity to try out our brand new gym facility in a safe supervised setting.

Aylsham Sports Hub reception area will be staffed during the week from 6.30am to 9.30am and from 5pm to 9.30pm.
