Join us for an unforgettable adventure by the sea! Based at the stunning Wight Water activity centre, our Waves of Wellness programme offers young people the chance to dive into a variety of exciting water sports — including paddle boarding, kayaking, bodyboarding, and surfing. Parents must stay during the session but do not participate in the activities.
Led by professional instructors, every activity is fully supervised and tailored to all experience levels — whether you're a total beginner or ready to ride the waves!
Each day includes a delicious lunch and time to relax, connect with others, and soak up the sunshine. Come build confidence, learn new skills, and make amazing memories in and around the water.

Waves of Wellness at Wight Water – HAF Summer Fun!
At Waves of Wellness, we provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment for young people to explore a range of exciting water sports. Each session is led by qualified, friendly instructors who guide participants through paddle boarding, kayaking, bodyboarding, and surfing – no experience needed! Whether it's your first time on the water or you're building on existing skills, there’s something for everyone. We focus on building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and most importantly – having fun! A healthy lunch is provided daily, and the atmosphere is always relaxed, positive, and full of energy. Come along, make new friends, challenge yourself, and enjoy the best of the Isle of Wight’s coastline with us!
What you'll need
What to Bring – Waves of Wellness
For your water adventure with Wight Water, please remember to bring:
Swimwear to wear under your wetsuit (wetsuits are provided)
Wetsuit Boots, Swimming Shoes, Old Trainers (that will get wet in the sea)
Towel to dry off afterwards
Sun cream if it’s sunny
Warm clothes for after your session (a hoodie, joggers, or a cosy jacket)
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Snacks if you’d like something extra (lunch is provided)
