Look out for our amazing ASM uniformed staff member, who will be ready to welcome you, check you in, and help you get started at the ASM Sports HAF – Fully Funded Multi-Sports Holiday Club.

They will guide you to your activity areas and introduce you to the 35+ sports and activities we offer across our holiday clubs.

When you arrive, please let our staff know if you have any additional needs so we can support you properly and tailor your experience with ASM, ensuring you have the best possible time.

Our standards are established through our ‘R Values’ framework. We have an expectation that all children display these values whilst they are with us so that positive behaviours and good manners are reinforced throughout their time with us.

As part of our commitment to providing great value for families, ASM Sports is giving you 6 hours of provision for your 4-hour HAF-funded session.

That means 2 additional hours of ASM Sports provision at no extra cost. 🎉

⚠️ HAF ELIGIBILITY & BOOKING INFORMATION

Funded HAF places are available ONLY to children who meet the Staffordshire targeted Free School Meals eligibility criteria.

Each eligible child can access ONE funded HAF session only across the whole of Staffordshire.

✅ 1 child = 1 funded session
❌ No multiple funded HAF bookings
❌ No booking at different HAF venues or with different providers

For example, if your child books one funded session with ASM Sports, they cannot also book another funded HAF session elsewhere in Staffordshire during October Half Term.

💷 DON'T MEET THE HAF CRITERIA?

Paid places are also available for families who do not meet the HAF eligibility criteria.

Alternatively, if you don't meet the HAF criteria but feel your child may benefit from funded support, please message us through this listing. We may be able to support through a professional referral, depending on individual circumstances.
