What we'll do
Universal Provision Our Super Summer Holiday Clubs are packed with non-stop fun, bursting with sports, crafts, themed parties, and exciting guest visits from athletes, magicians, and party people! From UV and NF Dodgeball to creative craft corners, quiet chill-out zones, and classic games like Stuck in the Mud, we’ve got something for every child to enjoy. ? A Typical Day at Club Each morning kicks off with a warm welcome and friendly meet-and-greet to settle the children in. Then it’s straight into a buzzing timetable of indoor crafts or outdoor sports – they choose! After a morning of fun, we pause for a hearty packed lunch (provided by us), some free play time, and then dive into an afternoon of exciting activities. ? Food & Snacks We’ll provide your child with a nutritious packed lunch and a drink to keep them fuelled for the day. Please also pack a named water bottle to help them stay hydrated. ? What to Wear Children should arrive in comfortable sports kit suitable for active play, indoors and out. We recommend packing a lightweight jacket in case of changing weather. ?️ Safe, Trusted Care Our sessions are led by qualified, DBS-checked coaches who are first aid trained and fully insured, giving you peace of mind that your children are in safe hands. ⚠️ Important – HAF Programme Before booking, please make sure you’ve read the eligibility guidance on the North Somerset Council HAF webpages. Some sessions are funded and require qualification.

HAF criteria
Understanding Free School Meals for Children in the UK In the UK, there are two primary types of free school meals available for children: Universal Free School Meals Benefits Related Free School Meals 1. Universal Free School Meals Universal Infant Free School Meals are provided for all children in reception year, year 1, and year 2. These meals are automatically available to children upon entering reception and continue until the end of year 2. Parents do not need to apply for these meals as they are granted universally to all eligible children within these school years. 2. Benefits Related Free School Meals Benefits Related Free School Meals are available for children from families receiving certain qualifying benefits. Unlike Universal Free School Meals, these require parents or guardians to apply. Besides providing meals during the school term, qualifying children also gain access to funded Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) sessions, ensuring they receive nutritious meals even during school holidays. Families can determine their eligibility for Benefits Related Free School Meals by visiting the North Somerset Council website.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
