Our Creative Movement Sessions encourage children to explore, imagine, and move in exciting new ways through playful activities, games, and creative exercises.
Designed to build confidence, coordination, and creativity, these sessions give children the freedom to discover different ways of moving in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Join us for 45 minutes of play, fun, and movement for children and their parents.
