Our Creative Movement Sessions encourage children to explore, imagine, and move in exciting new ways through playful activities, games, and creative exercises. Designed to build confidence, coordination, and creativity, these sessions give children the freedom to discover different ways of moving in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Swing, climb, build, catch and twirl in a space made for expression. Join us for 45 minutes of play, fun, and movement for children and their parents. Bring them along for a session and discover the joy of moving together!

Ascension uses Parkour and Dance to empower and inspire people. Based in the heart of Coventry at their home, Studio 17, they run classes for all ages, including young people with additional needs. Our goal isn’t just to create the next generation of dancers (though that would be amazing); it’s to use movement to develop resilient, well-rounded humans. Join a class and experience the warmth and community vibe for yourself.

Empowerning people through dance and movement
Ascension Dance Company, founded in 2017 by company directors Ashley Jordan and Ben Morley, produces high-quality contemporary dance work. Its focus is on fusing contemporary movement with movement from physical dance forms and movement styles such as parkour.
