A summary
Arts, Crafts and Learning Cutteslowe is a fun, creative HAF club where children can enjoy craft activities, free play, active games and hands-on learning. Children will explore the outdoors, learn how food is grown, take part in plant-based activities and build confidence through creative, practical and active sessions. The club is rooted in the Cutteslowe community, with families also signposted to local services, activities and clubs that may support them beyond the HAF programme.

Tunnicliffe Education is dedicated to providing enriching and inclusive holiday experiences for children through our HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) clubs. Our mission is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to explore and learn at the wonderful venues in Oxford such as the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, fostering curiosity and a love for discovery. We emphasize creativity and hands-on engagement through arts and crafts activities, sparking imagination and joy. At Tunnicliffe Education, we also prioritize nutritional education, helping children develop healthy eating habits in a fun and interactive way. Our clubs provide a safe, welcoming environment where learning, creativity, and wellbeing come together to create memorable experiences for every child.
Learning aims
Aim 1
To give children a fun, welcoming and positive holiday experience where they can play, make friends, try new activities and build confidence.
Aim 2
To encourage children’s creativity and self-expression through arts, crafts, stories, design challenges and hands-on making activities.
Aim 3
To help children learn where food comes from by exploring plants, growing, gardening and the journey from seed to plate.
