Art club TERM TIME CLASSES

Our term time ART classes are delivered after school hours in our studio by the sea in Rottingdean. We are literally right next to the slope that heads down to the beach!

In these classes we inspire our young artists in their own creative projects, using various materials, processes, themes and artists' inspiration!
We champion self creation but also have many prototypes to hand if your young artist wants a more guided activity.

At all our clubs young artists learn top techniques with real artists and make new friends!
Each day there are new materials and activities that promote self-expression and imaginative exploration. Examples include: painting and drawing, sculpture and sewing, slime and potions, growing your art, 3D building and decorating.

Every session is enormous fun with countless art materials that can be easily adapted to suit all ages and abilities. There really is something creative for everyone!

PLEASE make sure you provide a small snack for your child ( no Nut products)

Weekday classes are for primary aged children aged 5+

We provide a walking collection for children from St Margaret's School and Our Lady of Lourdes school in Rottingdean only.
Please remember to notify the class teacher that Artpod are collecting your child/ children on the specific days you book.
We collect at 3.15pm and walk to Artpod usually arriving at 3.30pm this service forms part of the time your child spends at Art class.

Children from other schools are dropped off by parents/ carers so please also call or email us to confirm whether you are booking a 1 hr or 2 hr session

To find Artpod its super easy. We are at the seafront end of the village literally next to the slope that heads down to the beach!
Half our space is a preloved clothes, beach and art goods and the rest is our art studio.

If you are travelling by bus from Brighton then the 27, 14 and all the 12 buses stop opposite Tesco.
If you are travelling from Newhaven then the 12s are the best and stop outside the Whitehorse in Rottingdean.
If you are travelling from Woodingdean the number 2 stops opposite the Tesco

Sometimes there is a parking space outside the shop/ studio , but often parents are just dropping and going so its super easy.
