About your mentors
An Hour for Others
#togetherwearestrong
Bringing communities together to inspire positive change through the power of love, unity and kindness. Communities that are thriving and reaching their true potential with each individual and business realising the important role they have in taking responsibility and actively engaging to build unity and improve lives in the areas they live. By sharing time, skills, respect, honesty, kindness, and compassion, we spread love and transform the world around us.

Volunteer Evaluation Officer
I first saw An Hour for Others on social media and loved their story and how they are trying to improve communities that we live in. I enjoy reading and travel. I tap dance and go to yoga classes to keep fit and enjoy watching tennis & football (season ticket holder for Everton and non-league club Marine) .
Lesley Forshaw
Volunteer
I am retired but keen to keep active both in body and mind. I volunteer at An Hour for Others as I love the whole idea of the charity and what it aims to do. We should all give a helping hand to each other! I also love reading, travelling and watching sport (in particular tennis & football).

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
