Empower Youth have been running youth programmes for over 4 years and we have earnt a reputation for putting together inclusive, fun and memorable clubs for children. Our vision is to deliver programmes that bring the best out of your children through new experiences and skills, while giving your children the supportive and fun environment to want to come back again and again.
Our Afterschool provision is focused on providing parents a safe space to leave their child where they will learn new skills and partake in new experiences. Activities include crochet, knitting, sports, arts and crafts, science experiments, self-defence and more.
All our staff are DBS checked and have completed relevant safeguarding training. Our Ofsted registration number is 2781658.
The Afterschool provision will be provided at Al-Noor School's site on Green Lane, and will be exclusive to Al-Noor School students.
Snacks will be provided in line with the School Foods standard, however these should not be taken as a substitute for the child's evening meal at home.
Our Afterschool provision is aimed to be inclusive for children with low levels of SEN and/or disability, who can participate in universal settings. For children that require 1:4 or more tailored care, this can be provided but the cost of the additional staff will be borne by parents.
