A summary
This is a session for children with Special Needs and Disabilities who reside within the Cannock Chase or South Staffordshire area. Please answer all of the questions in the booker's details to ensure that we have all of the relevant information to support your child in a safe and engaging manner. Please consider if your child requires 121 on the day. Generally, we staff 4 children to one adult and small group work is fine with most. However, we do have limited 121 spaces, but these require a pre-assessment to ensure that we are able to meet your child’s individual needs. This tea party activity is aimed at our younger cohort, but we understand that it may appeal or be appropriate for some older children. We will have a traditional Punch and Judy show, party games and some small prizes. There will be puppet making for those who wish to make their own show and the lunch provided will be party food. Please be clear regarding dietary requirements at time of booking.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
