Leap, tumble, and explore this Summer at our Gymnastics Holiday Club! Designed for children aged 4–12 currently attending school from reception to Year 7. Our club provides a fun, safe, and energetic environment where children of all abilities can stay active, build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy an exciting programme of movement-based activities during the summer holidays. Our gymnastics sessions are led by fully qualified coaches, offering expert guidance to help children develop strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. Using a wide range of equipment — including floor areas, trampettes, beams, bars, and mats — children will practise rolling, stretching, jumping, travelling, and creative movement while learning essential gymnastics techniques in a safe and supportive setting. Each day is packed with gymnastics drills, skill challenges, obstacle courses, and team games designed to build core strength, improve coordination, and enhance spatial awareness. Children are encouraged to explore their abilities, try new skills, and challenge themselves through a variety of exciting movement activities, from balance challenges and agility courses to creative floor routines bursting with energy and fun. Alongside gymnastics, children will enjoy a range of summer-themed activities, team challenges, and active games that encourage cooperation, resilience, and creativity. Sessions are designed to be engaging and inclusive, ensuring every child can participate, progress, and enjoy success. For quieter moments or creative breaks, children can take part in arts and crafts activities, including summer-themed projects, colouring, design challenges, and hands-on creative activities that provide a calm and enjoyable balance to the physical sessions. To keep children energised throughout the day, a free hot lunch is provided, with options such as pasta dishes, jacket potatoes with a variety of fillings, and wholesome meals, alongside healthy snacks to fuel a full day of movement and Summer fun. Please be aware: The SEND provision will run alongside the universal gymnastics club at LS Gymnastics. Children attending the SEND provision will have their own dedicated space and will be supported by experienced staff, providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment while still benefiting from being part of the wider holiday club. While we are inclusive and committed to supporting eligible families with children who have additional needs, we are a non-specialist HAF provider. This means we will need to speak with you to understand your child’s individual needs and ensure our provision is a suitable and safe environment where they can be appropriately supported.
