Use code FIRSTTIME for £3 reduction Our Parkour classes are designed for adults who want to move with confidence, build strength, and explore their physical potential in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you're new to parkour or looking to develop your skills, these 1-hour sessions offer a dynamic mix of challenge, creativity, and fitness. You'll work on coordination, balance, mobility, and key techniques like jumping, landing, vaulting, and climbing — all adapted to suit your individual level. Classes are structured to help you grow at your own pace while pushing you to explore new ways of moving. Reconnect with your body, challenge your limits, and leave each session feeling strong, capable, and inspired.

Ascension uses Parkour and Dance to empower and inspire people. Based in the heart of Coventry at their home, Studio 17, they run classes for all ages, including young people with additional needs. Our goal isn’t just to create the next generation of dancers (though that would be amazing); it’s to use movement to develop resilient, well-rounded humans. Join a class and experience the warmth and community vibe for yourself.

Ascension Dance Company, founded in 2017 by company directors Ashley Jordan and Ben Morley, produces high-quality contemporary dance work. Its focus is on fusing contemporary movement with movement from physical dance forms and movement styles such as parkour.

What shall I wear..

What Should I Wear? Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that you can move freely in — think activewear or gym gear. Parkour involves climbing, jumping, rolling, and sliding, so avoid wearing your best clothes, as they may get scuffed or worn. We recommend dressing in layers, as you’ll warm up quickly but may want an extra layer during instruction or cool-down. Footwear: Please wear **trainers with good grip, cushioning, and flexibility**. Supportive footwear is essential for safety and performance when landing, jumping, and moving across different surfaces.
