What we'll do

After a welcoming hot drink, working in your family pairing we will get started on: - Making fluffiest non-stodgy sushi rice - Mixing up our sushi vinegar - Stir up flavoured soy sauce - Work on knife skills to create sushi fillings to just the right shape - Flavour your own sushi rice to your taste - Roll out at least 3 different styles of sushi All ingredients and kit are provided in the cost! No previous cooking or sushi making experience is required, just bring your enthusiasm.

Cooking for fun with Little Wren

Little Wren Cooking has been my absolute joy to run over the last few years. Working with wonderful Home Ed groups, Children's Holiday classes, Family sessions, Adult sessions, catering for parties, doing the food for major brand campaigns and having several food shoots in national magazines... I am always working to make sure food and cooking is an enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone! I have always been a creative person, crafting and cooking since I was a little girl. I love making cooking accessible and helping people discover their creative talents. Having grown up in Australia I relish in the wide-open spaces of nature, but totally fell in love with the beautiful countryside that we live around here in Sussex. I feel very lucky to be able to combine what I love with what I do.
