A summary
This exercise class has been designed for those that usually take part in the 10.10 Water Rehab Class & Cancer Rehab (Reclaim Strength) Class that usually takes place at Bexhill Leisure Pool. This is an adaptive circuit class, meaning the exercises can be changed to suit any medical condition, there will be options to take part seated or standing.
All equipment is provided for you, so just bring a water bottle with you,
