A summary

Activity Camps at Wells Hall Primary School Fun. Freedom. Creativity. Choice. Our Activity Camps at Wells Hall Primary School are open to all children aged 4–11 years — not just pupils of the school — and are designed around one simple idea: giving children the freedom to choose, explore and have FUN. We create a relaxed, friendly environment where children can move freely between a wide range of activities throughout the day. Whether they love high-energy sport, creative crafts, outdoor adventures or quieter calming time, there is something for everyone. A Range of Activities & Choices – Great Fun for All! Every camp day is different, packed with exciting opportunities including: Sports & Active Games Children can take part in a variety of sports such as: Dodgeball, dance, hockey, tag rugby, basketball, archery, football — plus favourites like Megaball and Floor is Lava! There’s always plenty of action for those who love to move, compete and try something new. Creative & Craft Activities For children who enjoy getting creative, we offer: Themed arts and crafts, jewellery making, Hamma beads, woodland activities, parachute games and more. Calm & Chill Options We also provide quieter spaces for: Mindfulness colouring, reading, Lego building and relaxed activities for children who prefer calm time. The choice is theirs all day — children are encouraged to follow their interests, try new things and build confidence in a supportive setting. Healthy & Happy We love promoting healthy lifestyles at camp. Children may get involved in activities such as making fruit kebabs or enjoying a morning smoothie — encouraging healthy habits in a fun and engaging way. Indoor & Outdoor Fun We make full use of both indoor and outdoor spaces at Wells Hall Primary School. If the weather allows, we’ll head outside for fresh air and active games — so please ensure children wear suitable clothing and footwear for sport and the forecast. (We recommend not sending them in their very best clothes… they may come home with the signs of a brilliantly busy day!) Further information: A healthy packed lunch will be provided for your child if you select that option or you can select for your Child to being tehri own lunch (no products containing nuts please) A named water bottle (water refills available throughout the day) No fizzy or energy drinks Suitable clothing for sports and the weather We operate a mobile-free zone. If devices are brought to camp, they must remain in bags at all times, including during breaks. Drop Off & Collection Drop off and collection take place at the side gate on the path between Wells Hall Road and TGS. Our Activity Camps are welcoming, inclusive and packed with variety — giving children the chance to explore, create, move and most importantly… have an amazing time. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Fun, safe and inclusive holiday activities

We specialise in running weekly clubs and school holiday camps at local venues. Children are positively encouraged to learn and practice physical skills, grow in confidence, have fun being active and meet new children all in a safe and pressure free environment. Maxim is a family run business that has provided a large and exciting programme of sports and social activities for children in Sudbury and the surrounding areas for over ten years.

Important information

Please send Children with appropriate clothing & trainers for being active! A packed lunch will be provided for your Child plus snacks for the morning. Children will also need to bring along a named water bottle plus extra drinks for the day, water will be available- no fizzy drinks or energy drinks please.

Cancellation Policy

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.There is always a long waiting list for funded places on these camps - if your Child can no longer attend please do let us know so no food is wasted and the. place can go to another Child

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
