At ACE Sports Coaching, we are proud providers of the Nottinghamshire County Council HAF Programme, offering unforgettable holiday experiences for children from all schools.

We are also incredibly excited to announce a change of venue for this summer! ?

After previously operating from Calverton Village Hall, we are delighted to be moving to our new home at Sir John Sherbrooke School, Calverton, giving children access to fantastic facilities and even more opportunities for fun, learning and adventure throughout the holidays.

Our Summer Holiday Adventure Club is packed with a fantastic range of activities, including:

Creative arts and crafts

⚽ Sports, games and team challenges

Interactive science and STEM activities full of fun and discovery

Outdoor adventures and active play

Competitions, challenges and team-building activities

Themed activity days and special events

Opportunities to make new friends, build confidence and learn new skills

With fully vetted, first-aid trained and highly experienced staff, your child will be in safe hands while enjoying a fun-filled, supportive and engaging holiday experience.

What do I need to bring?

What to Bring:
To ensure your child has the best experience at our Holiday Adventure Club, we recommend bringing the following:

A backpack – to keep their belongings safe and organised.
A refillable water bottle – staying hydrated is key!
Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear – ready for sports, games, and outdoor fun.
Weather-appropriate clothing – a jacket for cooler days or a hat & sunscreen for sunny ones.
A change of clothing may come in handy in case of accidents or messy play

We take care of the rest—so all your child needs to bring is energy and excitement!

SEND

If your child has a diagnosed Special Educational Need or Disability (SEND), please ensure you select a SEND ticket when booking so we can provide the appropriate support and staffing. If you believe your child has additional needs but they do not yet have a formal diagnosis, please book a HAF funded ticket and contact us to discuss how we can best support them. We are always happy to talk through your child’s individual needs to help make their experience as positive and supportive as possible.
