A summary
Young people aged 11-16 years can access a junior membership for the holidays allowing them to use the facilities independently at the White Horse Leisure & Tennis Centre.
A membership form will be provided after booking which must be completed before the 13th July 2026 in order to activate the membership from 20th July 2026 - 1st September 2026.
If your child requires a gym induction, then you will be contacted ahead of the holiday period to schedule it.
Please note: The membership will start on Monday 20th July 2026 and young people can use the facilities any time on or after this date, it is not mandatory to attend on 20th July 2026. The membership will be active through to 1st September 2026 and can be used by the young person as they wish during this time.
The membership includes:
• Junior gym sessions which are supervised by a member of the team present to ensure they are working out safely and typically run through the weekdays until 5pm and on the weekend. Please note that juniors are not able to access the free weights area.
• Junior fitness classes including strength and cardio option that take place either on the gym floor or in the studio.
• Swimming sessions that invite everyone to use the pool usually with a designated lane and space to enjoy the water. The swimming pool timetable varies on a daily basis but will always include a swim for all session.
12 Café vouchers will be provided for a healthy meal at the centre café. These vouchers will be distributed at the centre reception.

Application process
You only need to book your child into this scheme once, then complete the membership application form sent to you. Booking them in will mean they will be provided with a junior membership for the duration of the holidays. The ticket will also be inclusive of 12 vouchers to be used at the centre café.
What you'll need
Ensure you wear sports wear and shoes for the gym induction and any gym visits or fitness classes. Swim wear and a towel will be necessary when using the pool and a water bottle is recommended for all activity.
