The typical schedule includes a skills and speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) warm-up, focused skills training, fun games to challenge newly learned techniques, and mini-sided matches to apply these skills in game situations.

To ensure you’re fully prepared, please bring the following items:
• Shin pads and long socks to cover them \(if you have them\)
• Football boots for the 3G \(not trainers or astros\)
• Trainers or astros suitable for the sports hall
• Clothing suitable to the weather \(warm layers, waterproofs, or sun protection as needed\)
The course will run 10.00 - 15.00 with drop offs from 09.45 and on arrival please park in the student car park opposite college (not the staff one) and follow the signs to the West Common Sports Group.
