Whether you’re completely new to ballet or looking to rediscover your technique, this four-week adult ballet intensive is the perfect opportunity to move, learn and build confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The programme combines **Ballet** and **Barre Core**, helping you develop strength, flexibility, coordination, posture and ballet technique while enjoying the joy of movement. Designed specifically for adult beginners and improvers, classes are encouraging, focused and accessible, with plenty of opportunity to progress at your own pace.
Taught by Royal Ballet trained and ex Westend professional dancer Danielle Pullum, this four-week programme is a chance to step into the studio, challenge yourself, meet like-minded adults and discover what your body is capable of. No previous experience is required — just come ready to learn, move and enjoy ballet.
