A summary
We are an independent gym based in Labels Shopping Centre. Our aim to to become an integral part of the local community helping benefit health and well-being.

We currently run our Youth Sessions in the holidays alongside our other gym activities.
Each session will include 2 fun workouts, education on the benefits of exercise, fun activities and lunch, plus a drink.
Our instructors are level 3 or 4 personal trainers and understand the benefits of exercise and movement.
We are offering 10 spaces per session to children in receipt of free school meals. If you're not eligible your child can still attend. Paid spaces can be booked via the 'Technogym' app alternatively contact the facility on 01989 552162,

Timetable
You child will be given two 45 minute workouts along with some fun active games. There will be a 'quiet' space within the gym for children to sit out and complete craft or coloring activities if they so wish. Sessions will include lunch and a drink.
Please ensure your child attends in sports kit including trainers or sensible shoes for exercise. Please also bring along a refillable drinks bottle for each session.
