A summary
Our 2 Day Glow Up is designed for young people aged 12-16 who want to build confidence, learn new practical skills and enjoy a fun, hands-on experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Across two structured days, students take part in practical sessions focusing on beauty and self-care skills:
• Day 1 - Skincare & Makeup: Discover simple skincare routines, learn about different skin types and create a natural makeup look using professional techniques and products.
• Day 2 - Nails: Learn basic manicure techniques, nail care and polish application while getting creative with colour and design.
The programme focuses on building confidence, creativity and practical skills while introducing students to industry-inspired treatments in a fun and engaging way.
Students who attend both days will receive a Glow Up Participation Certificate recognising the skills and commitment shown throughout the programme.

Each day runs from 10:00am - 2:30pm in a safe and supportive training environment. All equipment and materials are provided.
Students will receive a free hot lunch, fresh fruit kebab snacks, plus juice and water each day. There is also an hour of physical activity daily to keep energy levels high and promote healthy habits.
