These sessions are perfect for children who thrive with individualised attention and a flexible, nurturing environment. Cancellation policy
We are generous with our rescheduling and cancelling policy although it remains at management’s discretion. Please help us by giving at least 2 days notice by email or phone. We are an all-weather facility and cannot refund or reschedule due to wet weather but are happy to help if you are prevented from using your session due to illness or accident. We do not refund if you do not turn up and then contact us later as we will have arranged staff for your session. Cancelling less than 2 days before booking or no-show, we are unable to refund your money in this situation, nor offer you another visit. Prior to this time frame, we can look to rearrange your session at the management’s discretion.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
