Together Family Centre CIC

The overall aim of our organisation is integration, personal development, mental and physical wellbeing. Our organisation has been offering support for the Polish Community in a holistic way through sport, culture and assisting in times of crisis since 2016. We offer: Counselling and therapy Educational sessions, language classes Support groups Physical activities for adults and children Half term holidays Regular events We offer regular activities for children with SEND in small groups during term time and half-terms, focusing and promoting the development of sensory and general development skills. The project also targets the Polish community, using the help of specialists outside the mainstream offer who provide help in the user’s native language.
