About Us The Social Action Hub brings people together by organising social action projects and delivering services that make a difference to our local community. Advocating change, we provide a wide range of innovative projects and services to adults, families and children, including but not limited to: -Youth Club (Juniors & Seniors) -Playscheme (school holiday club) -Forest School (Juniors & Seniors) -Courses, Education & Skills -Mental Health & Wellbeing -The Chatty Cafe -Reducing Food Waste & Poverty -The Social Supermarket -Youth Community Fridge -Community events; Litter picks, Walk & Talks, Carboot Sales Supporting the vulnerable through the relief of poverty and support for mental health and wellbeing We empower communities to become more cohesive, resilient and sustainable.
