The Basement at The Florrie
A summaryThe Florrie is a charity that has been at the heart of its community in Liverpool for over 135 years. Our stunning, Grade II listed, Victorian community arts & heritage venue is a social, cultural, educational, and charitable hub for the people of Liverpool. The Basement is open for young people during all school holidays, with a programme of free activities aimed at children aged 7 to 12. Sessions vary throughout the year but often include creative workshops, games, music, media, sports, and cinema experiences. Whether it’s a half-term, Easter, or the summer break, The Florrie offers a safe, fun, and supportive space for kids to learn new skills, make friends, and enjoy their time off school.
