I teach different styles of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Aqua, Chair and Power. My classes are suitable for all levels students and easier options are given to yogis with no previous yoga experience. I mainly incorporate Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa - a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance and links breath with movement. For students with previous yoga experience, a good fitness level, I also offer Power Yoga, a lovely style for students who want to push themselves a bit more still maintaining the mind and spirit yoga benefits.
