Route One Youth Centre provides a safe, structured environment for young people to socialise, develop essential life skills and access mentorship. The youth service offers essential support to young people, providing them a safe place, trusted relationships improving mental health and boosting long-term educational/career outcomes in vulnerable neighbourhoods. Regular attendance links to improved physical health and better mental health. Our youth centre offers a space to foster confidence, self-advocacy and emotional resilience. The values in youth work aim to empower young people and involve them in decision making. Working on a voluntary basis when young people are provided with a positive force for development when provided with the knowledge and opportunities they need to thrive.
