Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Free bookings do not require refunds, but because spaces are limited, please cancel as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. We would much prefer to offer your child's spot to someone else rather than let it go to waste! We are funded per attendance of free school meal children, so if we're unable to fill last minute cancellations we cannot recover the costs and run at a loss. If you do not cancel, this will risk your child(s) place on future activities.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
