Judith Way
I enjoy mentoring young people in English literature, one of my favourite subjects. I write about and am passionate about preserving the tradition of English literature and the role the humanities has to play in culture. My BA is in English literature and Philosophy and my MA is in Myth, Cosmology and the Sacred.

Learning aims

To share the joys of reading, writing and interpreting meanings in English Literature

Strengths to develop

Many core texts for GCSE and A Level explore rites of passage, dystopian realities and coming of age. It is through literature that horizons can be expanded and different viewpoints explored, giving depth of meaning to personal process through reflection.
