A summary
During our Summer HAF programme children and young people will work with qualified and knowledgeable coaches through a range of activities including boxing, athletics, yoga as well as games.
Sessions are aimed at fun and engagement as well as teaching discipline and structure through boxing.
Local heathy food Company The Macro Chef provide nutritious meals for all participants and have a break down of macronutrients that we use as part of our healthy eating discussions. Snacks of fresh fruit and salads have always made our camps successful and enjoyable.
