A SUMMARY

I have recently returned from Chile to my hometown, Forest Row and I will delighted to establish a new group of students of Violin. I will be coaching in a detailed and imaginative way with the Suzuki and Galamian method and more ...from Bach, Mozart to Folk or tango depending on your levels, expertise and aspirations. I am available to teach groups of grade 3 upwards. This would typically be 45 minutes with a charge of £10 per pupil. The times shown are examples but my general availability is on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:30 am until 14:30 pm. A one to one lesson with a younger pupil would be typically set at half an hour. A group session works well as a 45 minute session. I also do junior string groups from Grade 1 upwards from groups of 6 minimum as well as senior string groups from Grade 4 upwards where we will play a variety of music from classical, folk, rock, pop and jazz. I am a Professional violinist and teacher of almost 30 years and have worked all over the world between International Orchestra's and teaching in top sector schools and many other types in English of Spanish. I studied initially at the Guildhall school of Music than onto the The Trinity College of Music graduating after 4 years with the DIP. TCL Professional Performers Course . I have a broad interest in a variety of musical styles and techniques. My particular interests and chamber music, bridging the gap between various genres, and musical theatre. I draw on these interests in my teaching which I very much enjoy in my private and string groups. My other interests involve latin dancing of which I have taught and performed throughout my own life which has always been a fantastic enhancement to being a musician, some of those skills I apply when necessary for my pupils .

Supporting very good quick thinking coordination and an overall awareness of your body's strength and weakness so to attain an healthy balance throughout your life .

Cancellation

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.

No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor.
