What we'll do
Get ready for an exciting journey into the heart of the jungle with our funded Jungle Adventure Art and Yoga Camp at West Rise School in Langney, Eastbourne! Over the course of six fun-filled days, children aged 5 to 11 will embark on creative and adventurous expeditions, exploring the wonders of the jungle through engaging art projects and relaxing yoga sessions. Days will run from 10am to 3pm - you are welcome to come for one, for even better, all of the days! Daily Activities: • Morning Yoga Sessions: Every morning we will have a yoga session that incorporates jungle-themed poses and breathing exercises. Our experienced instructors will guide the children through fun and playful movements, helping them connect with their inner adventurers and fostering mindfulness and relaxation. • Art Workshops: Children will dive into their imaginations with hands-on art workshops. From creating colourful jungle animal masks and vibrant rainforest paintings to designing adventurous explorer gear, each project is designed to inspire creativity and develop artistic skills. • Interactive Games and Exploration: In the afternoons, campers will participate in interactive games that promote teamwork and physical activity. Treasure hunts and jungle-themed relay races will ensure that every child is engaged and active. Food: All children will be offered a delicious and nutritious two course lunch as well as a snack and fruit each day. * Please note: We do have a considerable waiting list for these days, so please inform us as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend * We have been running our camps since 2016 and this is our 8th camp funded by HAF. For more information or photos from our past HAF camps, please see our fb page Wellbody Wellmind Wellbeing or our website www.wellbodywellmindwellbeing.co.uk. Join us for a week of creativity, movement, and jungle-themed fun! Secure your child's spot today for an unforgettable adventure. Please email Nicole at nicole@wellbodywellmindwellbeing.co.uk if you have any queries or if you require any further information. We're here to help! ***This activity has been funded through the Department for Education’s (DfE) Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme and coordinated by East Sussex County Council.
